Four constraints we operate under — written into every engagement letter, not into a marketing page.

Three engagements per quarter. No exceptions.

Each engagement is founder-led. There is a hard ceiling on how many firms one person can be physically inside at once. We turn down most audits we run.

No fee during the 60-day pilot.

If intake-to-engagement conversion doesn't move materially during the pilot, no invoice is issued. This is in the engagement letter, not in the marketing copy.

P03

Per-firm scoring calibration before go-live.

The factory's scoring layer is calibrated against the firm's last 50 closed matters before a single prospect reaches it. Generic models don't ship.

EU data residency. The firm owns the data.

All prospect data sits in EU infrastructure. Engagement letters specify the firm retains ownership in perpetuity, including post-termination.

CONNEX Advisory is founder-led from Lisbon. Built by an operator who lived the qualification problem at scale — across cross-border services, advisory, and operational consulting — before turning it into a product.

Engineering is small, deliberate, and senior. Operations and content support are distributed across three working partners. We don't scale headcount before we scale outcomes.
